Grace Hopper

This is one of my most favorite videos.  It features Grace Hopper, one of the most important women in computer science, on the David Letterman show twenty-three years ago.  If you watch the video, you’ll discover that Hopper was not only an incredibly smart and influential woman, but an incredibly hilarious one.  I chuckle every time I hear her ask Letterman about pantyhose.

Teextile Tees

Teextile is a bit like Threadless (and a lot of other t-shirt websites) in that it’s a t-shirt company that prints the winning shirts from an ongoing design contest.  But unlike Threadless, Teextile only prints a series of five shirts per week, so each week there’s an entirely new and different set of available options.
